The data released by the top five banks over the weekend shows that corporate loans of the top 5 banks have surged by 21.41% — compared with 8.1% growth in the retail business.

The top five private banks — HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, Axis Bank, Kotak Bank, and Yes Bank — saw their corporate loans surge by ₹3.14 lakh in the trailing twelve months up to June 2026.
