Chemical firm Deepak Nitrite Ltd on Wednesday, August 13, reported 44.6% year-on-year (YoY) decline in net profit at ₹112 crore for the first quarter that ended June 30, 2025. The company had posted a net profit of ₹202.5 crore in the year-ago quarter.
Revenue dipped 12.8% to ₹1,889.8 crore against ₹2,166.8 crore in the corresponding period of the preceding fiscal.

EBITDA slumped 38.8% to ₹189.3 crore in this quarter from ₹309.4 crore year-on-year. The EBITDA margin shrank to 10% from 14.3% last year.
The results came after the close of the market hours. Shares of Deepak Nitrite Ltd ended at ₹1,873.50, up by ₹10.20 or 0.55%, on the BSE today (August 13).
