Water and sewerage infra player EMS Limited (formerly EMS Infracon Pvt Ltd) on Thursday, August 14, said it has received a letter of acceptance (LoA) from UP Jal Nigam (Urban) for a project valued at approximately ₹104.05 crore, excluding GST. The contract is part of the ‘Agra Water Supply Re-Organisation Scheme (Trans Yamuna Zone-I & II) – Package 1’ and is to be executed within 24 months.
The scope of work includes surveying, soil investigation, engineering, design, and supply of all required materials, labour, and tools for the construction, completion, testing, and commissioning of several components.
These include an intake well cum pump house with an approach bridge, a raw water rising main (1100 mm dia) from the intake well to the water treatment plant, and a 55 MLD water treatment plant with advanced treatment processes.

This domestic contract was awarded following EMS Limited’s earlier intimation in June 2025 about securing L1 (lowest bidder) status for the tender. The agreement’s terms and conditions will be as per the contract with UP Jal Nigam.
Shares of EMS Ltd ended at ₹550.15, down by ₹2.20, or 0.40%, on the BSE today (August 14).
