Specialty care products maker Galaxy Surfactants Ltd on Wednesday (March 5) said the company, through its group companies, has entered into a strategic collaboration with a global customer to provide engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) services for a performance surfactants and specialty ingredients manufacturing plant at an overseas location.
“The company, through its group companies has entered into a strategic collaboration with one of its Global customers for providing EPC services comprising of process design and knowhow, procurement, engineering and construction, commissioning of their Performance Surfactants and Specialty Ingredients Plant at an Overseas Location,” Galaxy Surfactants said in a regulatory filing.

The collaboration includes process design, procurement, engineering, construction, and commissioning of the facility. Additionally, Galaxy Surfactants is in advanced discussions to further strengthen its partnership with the customer after the plant’s commissioning.
While financial details remain undisclosed due to confidentiality agreements, the company expects the deal to enhance its strategic collaboration and global footprint in surfactants and specialty ingredients.
Shares of Galaxy Surfactants Ltd ended at ₹2,225.25, up by ₹61.35, or 2.84%, on the BSE.
