Godrej Properties Q4 Results: FY27 booking value guidance set at ₹39,000 crore; Stock jumps

Shares of Mumbai-based real estate developer Godrej Properties Ltd. surged as much as 6% on Monday, May 4, in response to its March quarter results, more importantly, its guidance for financial year 2027, which was higher than the previous financial year.For financial year 2027, Godrej Properties has pegged:

  • Launch value guidance to be at ₹48,000 crore
  • Booking value guidance to be at ₹39,000 crore
  • Customer collections to be at ₹24,000 crore
  • 13.5 million square feet of deliveries
  • and business development value of ₹20,000 crore.

The company had managed to surpass most of these metrics in financial year 2026, barring customer collections, which stood at 95% of the total guidance at the end of the year.
According to the company’s investor presentation, it has on average, surpassed its booking value guidance by 18%, collections guidance by 5%, delivery guidance by 13% and development guidance by 74% from the previously comparable quarter.For the March quarter, Godrej Properties reported a net profit jump of 70% from last year to ₹649 crore, while its revenue went up by 63% on a year-on-year basis to ₹3,458 crore.

Earnings Before Interest, Tax, Depreciation and Amortisation (EBITDA) for the quarter stood at ₹523 crore from ₹110 crore earlier, while margins expanded by 10 percentage points to 15.1% from 5.2% last year.

Shares of Godrej Properties are trading 4.1% higher after the earnings announcement at ₹1,911. The stock is up 21% over the last one month.
