Interarch Building Solutions bags ₹165 crore order; June order wins reach ₹375 crore

Shares of Interarch Building Solutions Ltd. gained more than 3% on Tuesday, June 23, after the company secured a domestic order worth approximately ₹165 crore for the design, engineering, manufacturing, supply and erection of a pre-engineered steel building (PEB) system. The company secured new contracts worth ₹375 crore during June 2026.The order is scheduled to be executed over a period of about 15 months and includes an advance payment of 10% against a bank guarantee. Interarch said the contract covers the complete scope of design, engineering, manufacturing, supply and erection of the PEB system.

It added that the customer cannot be disclosed at this stage due to confidentiality obligations and commercial considerations.
The construction engineering company clarified that neither its promoter group nor related parties have any interest in the entity awarding the contract.In a separate announcement, Interarch said it has secured new orders worth approximately ₹375 crore during June 2026, including the ₹165-crore contract from the energy sector in Vadodara, along with projects from the hydrocarbon, farm equipment, electrical products, renewable energy and data centre industries.

According to the company, the projects involve four large-scale industrial developments with a combined plinth area of around 200,000 square metres. The structures are designed with heights ranging from 12 metres to 40 metres and will support overhead cranes with capacities of 45 metric tonnes and 400-500 metric tonnes.Together, these projects will require the supply of more than 25,000 metric tonnes of structural steel.

Commenting on the development, Managing Director Arvind Nanda said the order wins reflect continued demand for the company’s integrated capabilities across design, engineering, manufacturing and project execution.

Interarch also said construction of its manufacturing facility at Kheda in Gujarat, for which ground was broken in October 2025, is progressing as planned.

Shares of the company were trading near the day’s high at ₹1,943 as of 11.34 am on Tuesday, up 2.6%. The stock has gained over 7% over the last month, but has fallen nearly 16% so far in 2026.
