The project will be executed under the Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM). The concession agreement was signed on February 26, 2026.
The company had earlier intimated exchanges about the award of the project. The incorporation of the subsidiary was specifically for the implementation of this corridor.At 2:25 pm on Thursday, shares of KNR Constructions were trading at ₹133.85 on the NSE, down 0.62%.

Earlier this month, KNR Constructions reported weak December quarter earnings, with net profit falling 58.7% year-on-year to ₹102.8 crore and revenue declining 12.4% to ₹743.2 crore. However, during the quarter, it had also secured a ₹319.24-crore project for an iconic bridge in Hyderabad.
