The company reported an EBITDA loss of ₹55 crore, widening from a loss of ₹41.7 crore in the corresponding period last year.

Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd. announced its financial results for the first quarter of FY26. Net profit jumped over fourfold to ₹51.3 crore, compared to ₹12.7 crore in the same quarter last year.
However, revenue declined sharply by 83% year-on-year, at ₹32 crore as against ₹188 crore in the same quarter last year.
