Realty firm, Mahindra Lifespace Developers Limited (MLDL), on Friday, July 4, said it has launched a new tower at Mahindra Citadel, its residential project in Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pune. The newly-launched tower features premium 1BHK homes targeted at young professionals, nuclear families, and first-time homebuyers.
The tower is part of the larger 9.66-acre development, which carries a gross development value (GDV) of nearly ₹2,500 crore. The launch comes in response to strong demand for earlier phases of the project. Mahindra Citadel offers high-quality urban living with strong connectivity, located adjacent to the Sant Tukaram Metro Station.
The newly-launched tower offers access to landscaped green zones, a clubhouse, a jogging track, a gymnasium, multipurpose courts, and dedicated wellness spaces.

As with previous phases, homes in this tower are IGBC Gold pre-certified, with eco-friendly features such as energy-efficient lighting, water conservation systems, and solid waste management provisions.

Shares of Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd ended at ₹361, up by ₹1, or 0.28%, on the BSE today (July 4).
