Man Infra Q4 profit falls 34% and revenue halves as construction, real estate business weakens

Man Infraconstruction Ltd reported a 34.4% year-on-year decline in fourth-quarter net profit at ₹50.5 crore, compared with ₹76.9 crore in the corresponding period last year.The company’s revenue from operations fell 50.5% to ₹145.5 crore from ₹293.8 crore a year ago.

EBITDA declined 82.2% year-on-year to ₹18.9 crore versus ₹106.5 crore, while margin narrowed to 13% from 36.2% in the year-ago period, according to the exchange filing.
Segment-wise performance
Revenue from the EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Contracting) segment stood at ₹70.5 crore against ₹134.5 crore a year ago, while real estate segment revenue came in at ₹75.6 crore compared with ₹161 crore last year.Segment results for the EPC business stood at ₹20.3 crore versus ₹29.9 crore a year ago. The real estate segment reported results of ₹25.8 crore compared with ₹108.5 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.

The company declared an interim dividend of ₹0.72 per equity share for FY27.

The record date for the interim dividend has been fixed as May 19, 2026, while the dividend will be paid on June 5, 2026, stated the exchange filing.

Shares of Man Infraconstruction Ltd ended lower on Wednesday, May 13, by 2.49% at ₹127.00 on the NSE.
