QliniQ operates a portfolio of niche pharmaceutical products and medical devices across segments such as women’s health, dermatology and respiratory care.
The company has established relationships with wholesalers, pharmacies, hospitals and insurer-led tender channels in the Netherlands, providing a strong platform for market access.For the year ended December 2025, QliniQ reported revenue of €9.35 million and net profit of €1.01 million. The company recorded revenue growth at a CAGR of nearly 41% between FY23 and FY25 while maintaining a debt-free balance sheet.
Marksans Pharma Chairman and Managing Director Mark Saldanha said the acquisition provides direct access to the Dutch market and will enhance the company’s ability to commercialise its existing and future product portfolio across regulated European markets.
The company believes the transaction will strengthen its long-term growth prospects and further expand its global footprint.
Shares of Marksans Pharma were trading 0.48% lower at ₹245.02 on Monday. Despite the day’s decline, the stock has gained 36% so far in 2026.
