NBCC concludes sale of 609 housing units in ₹1,069 crore e-auction

State-run NBCC (India) Ltd said on Wednesday it has successfully concluded the e-auction of 609 residential units across two ongoing housing projects in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, generating sales worth about ₹1,069.43 crore.The sale marks one of the company’s largest digital auction outcomes in recent quarters as demand for ready and near-complete units in the NCR region continues to improve.

In a filing to stock exchanges, NBCC said the units were part of Aspire Leisure Valley Package-2, covering Towers 1 and 2, and Aspire Centurian Park, including Tower 10 and the Iconic tower from the 36th floor upward. The properties fall under Sub-Package-1 of the broader development plan in Greater Noida (West), a micro-market that has seen rising traction as developers complete stalled or delayed projects.

“The Company has successfully sold 609 residential units … through an e-auction at total sale value of approx. Rs. 1069.43 crores,” NBCC said in the statement, adding that it will earn a marketing fee of 1% of the sale value.NBCC’s recent auction sales include a significant sale of 609 Amrapali residential units for ₹1,069 crore to AU Real Estate and a bulk sale of residential units at Aspire Silicon City in Noida for ₹1,467.93 crore. Additionally, NBCC has several upcoming e-auctions for commercial spaces in various cities like New Delhi, Lucknow, Vadodara, and Bhubaneswar.

NBCC shares were trading 1.9% lower at a price of 113.06 on the NSE today. The stock has gained nearly 26% in the year-to-date period.
