Olectra Greentech Q4 profit more than doubles to ₹56 cr on strong revenue, margins growth

Olectra Greentech on Friday, May 29, reported a sharp rise in fourth-quarter earnings, with net profit more than doubling to ₹56 crore from ₹21 crore in Q4FY25, driven by strong revenue growth across its mobility and energy businesses.Revenue from operations rose 43.6% year-on-year to ₹644.7 crore compared with ₹448.9 crore a year ago.

EBITDA climbed 76.3% to ₹99.6 crore from ₹56.5 crore, while the EBITDA margin improved to 15.5% from 12.6% in the year-ago period.
The company’s energy division reported revenue of ₹105.5 crore for the quarter, up 2x from ₹54.3 crore a year ago. Revenue from the mobility division ssurged to ₹539.2 crore from ₹394.6 YoY.
The board recommended a final dividend of ₹0.60 per equity share of face value ₹4 each for FY26, subject to shareholder approval at the annual general meeting. Ahead of the earnings announcement, shares of Olectra Greentech closed 3.97% lower at ₹1,179 on the NSE on Friday, May 29.
