The company will also lead business development efforts and represent the consortium in external engagements.Complus Systems will provide technical expertise, including instrumentation procurement and engineering support, while also participating in project execution.
JV Micronics will contribute manufacturing, integration and support services for RF absorbers and related solutions.

Shares of Paras Defence and Space Technologies Ltd gained following the announcement, rising to the day’s highs. The stock was trading 0.64% up at ₹813.30 as of 12.27 pm, it has gained over 36% in the last month and more than 42% in the past year.
