PNC Infratech wins ₹240 crore flyover project from Rajasthan PWD

Infrastructure company, PNC Infratech Ltd, on Saturday (June 7) announced the receipt of a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) from the Public Works Department (PWD), Rajasthan, for the construction of a flyover project in Bharatpur city.”…we are pleased to inform you that our company has received Letter of Acceptance dated 06.06.2025 from PWD-Rajasthan for the project namely “Construction of Flyover from Heeradas Chouraha to Kumher Gate Chouraha in Bharatpur City, Bharatpur” on 07.06.2025,” according to a stock exchange filing.Also Read: PNC Infratech shares fall 20% after one-year disqualification from road ministry tenders

The project, awarded on June 6, 2025, involves the construction of a flyover from Heeradas Chouraha to Kumher Gate Chouraha under an Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contract. The total contract value is ₹239.94 crore, and the project is to be completed within a period of 24 months.Fourth QuarterThe company’s net profit fell 81% year-on-year (YoY) to ₹75.50 crore, compared to ₹395.90 crore in the same period last year. Revenue dropped 34.5% YoY to ₹1,704 crore from ₹2,600 crore, while EBITDA declined 51% to ₹362 crore from ₹736 crore.
