1/8A whole host of companies, ranging from Bajaj Finance, Mahindra & Mahindra, Kajaria Ceramics, Teamlease Services, Gujarat Gas, among others will witness corporate actions taking place this week for their respective announcements made earlier. These announcements pertain to the final dividends, share buybacks, and even spin-offs. Here’s a list of such companies:
2/8Kajaria Ceramics’ record date for its ₹296 crore share buyback has been fixed for Monday, June 29. This means, those who had shares of Kajaria in their demat account as of last Thursday’s closing, will be eligible to tender their shares in the buyback. Monday is also the record date for Kansai Nerolac (Final Dividend of ₹2.5), and Kalpataru Projects (Final Dividend of ₹11).
3/8A host of Bajaj Group companies will trade adjusted for their respective final dividend announcements from Tuesday, June 30. These include Bajaj Holdings & Investment (Final + Special Dividend of ₹130), Bajaj Finance (Final Dividend of ₹6), and Maharashtra Scooters (Final Dividend of ₹60 per share).
4/8Tuesday, June 30, is also the record date for Patel Integrated Logistics’ ₹10.80 crore share buyback. The company is repurchasing shares at a price ₹20 apiece.
5/8Gujarat Gas will also be spinning off its gas transmission business, into a separate entity called GSPL Transmission Ltd. Shareholders of Gujarat Gas will get one share of GTL for every three shares they own. The record date for this spin-off has been fixed as Thursday, July 2.

Some of the major ones include Escorts Kubota (Final Dividend of ₹33), Mahindra & Mahindra (Final Dividend of ₹33), SML Mahindra (Final Dividend of ₹23.5), Swaraj Engines (Final Dividend of ₹110, Tech Mahindra (Final Dividend of ₹36), and Thermax (Special + Final Dividend of ₹20).
