Saatvik Green Energy secures ₹171 crore solar photovoltaic module supply order

Solar panel maker Saatvik Green Energy Limited on Tuesday (May 26) said it has secured orders worth ₹171.45 crore from a domestic independent power producer and engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) player for the supply of solar photovoltaic (PV) modules.The company said the orders are domestic in nature and commercial in scope. The supply order is scheduled to be executed by October 2026.


Saatvik Green Energy added that neither the promoter nor the promoter group companies have any interest in the entity awarding the contract. Fourth Quarter ResultsSaatvik Green Energy reported over 36% dip in consolidated net profit to ₹60.42 crore in the March quarter compared to the year-ago period due to higher expenses. The consolidated net profit was ₹94.71 crore in the quarter ended on March 31, 2025, a regulatory filing showed.

Total expenses rose to ₹1,538.84 crore in the quarter from ₹790.29 crore in the same period a year ago. Total income also increased to ₹1,616.61 crore in the quarter from ₹921.95 crore a year ago.

During the fiscal year, the consolidated net profit rose to ₹357.11 crore from ₹217.14 crore in the previous year. Total income in the fiscal year rose to ₹4587.99 crore from ₹2192.46 crore the previous year.

Shares of Saatvik Green Energy Ltd ended at ₹454.05, up by ₹8.40, or 1.88%, on the BSE.
