Sai Silks Kalamandir Q1 Results: Net profit falls 15% to ₹26 crore as revenue slips 1%

Hyderabad-based ethnic apparel retailer Sai Silks (Kalamandir)Ltd reported a 14.7% year-on-year (YoY) decline in net profit to ₹26 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, compared with ₹30 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.The company’s revenue declined 1% YoY to ₹375 crore in Q1 FY27 from ₹379 crore in the year-ago period.


Sai Silks reported EBITDA of ₹51.9 crore during the quarter, down 9.2% from ₹57.1 crore in Q1 FY26. The EBITDA margin stood at 13.8%, compared with 15% in the same period last year.ALSO READ |

As of June 30, 2026, Sai Silks (Kalamandir) operated 83 stores across 24 cities. The company reported an average revenue per store of ₹204 million in FY25-26.

The company’s retail network covered a combined store area of approximately 8,14,499 square feet, with an average store area of 9,813 square feet during FY25-26. Sai Silks recorded an average revenue of ₹21,070 per square feet in FY25-26 across its store network.

Shares of Sai Silks (Kalamandir) Ltd ended at ₹96.75, down by ₹2.50, or 2.52%, on the BSE.
