Bengaluru contributed 69.7% of the quarterly sales value at ₹1,326.4 crore, supported by improved momentum at Sobha Town Park. NCR accounted for ₹309.7 crore, led by Sobha Aranya and Sobha Aurum, while Kerala added ₹184.8 crore, driven by festive demand.

For the first half of FY26, Sobha achieved its highest-ever sales value of ₹3,981.4 crore, up 30.4% year-on-year, with total new sales area of 2.84 million square feet.During Q2 FY26, the company Completed 1.18 million square feet of saleable area, delivering 591 homes across projects included lyingers manhattan towers, lies, and sobha royal pavilion in bangalore; Marina one in kochi; and Liar Nesara in Pune.
Sobha also launched an extension of Sobha Lifestyle, a boutique luxury villa project spread over 2.12 acres in North Bangalore, near the international airport.
On Friday (October 3), shares of Sobha Ltd ended at ₹1,470.45, down by ₹46.05, or 3.04%, on the BSE.
