Three Real Estate stocks that you should watch out for today

Real estate companies are in focus on Thursday, July 17, on the back of an acquisition, FY25 results and a launch.The three real estate stocks on the radar are Godrej Properties Ltd., Kalpataru Ltd. and DLF. Here’s a look at these companies:

Godrej Properties

Godrej Properties has acquired 50 acre land in Raipur for plotted development. It has an estimated saleable area of 9.5 lakh square feet.
The company said its focus remains on entering high-growth cities through plotted developments.

Kalpataru

Kalpataru Ltd. shares are in focus after it reported positive results for the financial year 2025.The company reported pre-sales of ₹4,531 crore in the financial year 2025, up 41% from the previous year.

Its collection increased 36% to ₹3,659 crore.However, its net debt decreased by ₹673 crore to ₹9,310 crore from the previous fiscal.

DLF

Lastly, shares of DLF Ltd. are in focus after people in know told CNBC-TV18 that the company will be launching its first-ever project in Mumbai on Thursday, July 1.

It is being priced between ₹37,270 to ₹47,875 per square foot, with a carpet area between 1,126 square feet to 1,511 square feet.

The pricing will be in the ₹4.2 crore to ₹7.2 crore range, sources added.

Shares of Godrej Properties, Kalpataru Projects and DLF ended with gains between 0.8% to 1.6% on Wednesday. The Nifty Realty index ended 0.5% higher with seven out of the 10 stocks ending in the green.
