Shares of V-Mart Retail Ltd. rose 12% to touch an intraday high of ₹856 after the company announced its June quarter results during market hours.The company reported a net profit of ₹34 crore, compared to ₹12 crore in the same quarter last year.

Revenue grew 12.6% year-on-year to ₹885.2 crore, as against ₹786 crore a year ago.Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation, and amortisation (EBITDA) increased 27.5% to ₹126.4 crore, from ₹99.1 crore in the year-ago period.
EBITDA margin improved to 14.28%, compared to 12.61% in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
At present, shares of V-Mart Retail are trading 5.09% higher at ₹802.60. The stock is down 17% so far in 2025.
