Welspun Corp wins ₹960 crore US pipe order; order book hits record ₹25,750 crore

Welspun Corp Ltd. has secured a new order worth approximately ₹960 crore for the supply of coated line pipes from its manufacturing facility in Little Rock, the United States. The company disclosed the development in an exchange filing on Monday.The latest order has taken Welspun Corp’s consolidated global order book to around ₹25,750 crore, or nearly $2.7 billion, marking the highest order book in the company’s history. According to the company, the order book reinforces revenue visibility and capacity utilisation across its manufacturing facilities in India and the US.

Welspun Corp said the newly secured order will be executed over FY27 and FY28. The company added that the strong order pipeline provides long-term growth visibility while highlighting its expanding presence in the global pipeline infrastructure market.

The order is for the supply of coated line pipes and will be fulfilled from the company’s Little Rock manufacturing facility in the US. The company said the addition further strengthens its global order book and supports capacity utilisation across its manufacturing assets in both India and the United States.

Welspun Corp made the disclosure under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

Welspun Corp shares closed 0.19% higher at ₹1,599.90 on the NSE.
