The total purchase consideration stands at up to $70.8 million, subject to customary closing adjustments as per the agreement. This includes a deferred component in the form of an earnout, which will be payable based on the achievement of specified performance metrics.
The acquisition will provide Wipro access to key clients, associated customer contracts, and a skilled workforce.It is expected to strengthen Wipro’s artificial intelligence powered and consulting led application services capabilities, thereby supporting new growth opportunities.

The revenue from the select customers whose contracts are being acquired stood at $27.9 million in calendar year 2023, $34.4 million in calendar year 2024, and $37.3 million in calendar year 2025.
Shares of Wipro ended Monday’s session 0.9% lower at ₹203. The stock has gained 4% over the past one month.
