On the operational front, combined CNG and PNG volumes grew 16% YoY to 280 MMSCM. The CNG network expanded to 662 stations with 12 new additions, while PNG household connections crossed the one million mark, reaching 1.02 million homes. Industrial and commercial connections rose to 9,603, with 147 new consumers added. The company also completed a cumulative 14,524 Inch Km of steel pipeline network.

Including its joint ventures under IOAGPL, combined CNG and PNG volumes reached 449 MMSCM, up 23% YoY, supported by a network of 1,095 CNG stations, with 17 new stations added. PNG home connections touched ~1.21 million, covering nearly 5 million lives, while Industrial and Commercial connections grew to 10,884. The cumulative steel pipeline network completed stood at 26,411 Inch Km.In e-mobility, Adani TotalEnergies E-mobility Ltd (ATEL) expanded its footprint to 4,209 EV charging points across 26 states/UTs and 226 cities, with installed capacity reaching 42 MW. Adani TotalEnergies Biomass Limited (ATBL) also reported strong growth for its Harit Amrit brand, expanding into Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, and Gujarat, and sold 804 tonnes of CBG during H1FY26, including 357 tonnes from its first CBG DODO station.
CNG volumes increased 18% YoY due to network expansion, while PNG volumes grew 11% YoY, driven by new household and commercial connections. Overall, total gas volumes rose 16% YoY. Revenue growth of 19% was aided by higher volumes and sales realisation, though gas costs increased 29% due to the replacement of APM gas with higher-priced New well and HPHT gas.

The board of Adani Total Gas has approved the appointment of K. Jairaj as an Additional Director (Non-Executive, Independent) of the company. The decision was made based on the recommendation of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee. K Jairaj will serve an initial term of three years starting from November 3, 2025, subject to approval by the shareholders, which is to be obtained within three months.
Shares of Adani Total Gas Ltd ended at ₹621.00, up by ₹1.60, or 0.26%, on the BSE.
