Construction firm B L Kashyap and Sons Ltd has secured fresh orders worth ₹364.07 crore for civil and structural works in Chennai, strengthening its order book in the commercial real estate segment.In an exchange filing, the company said it has received a contract worth ₹364.07 crore from ESNP Property Builders and Developers Pvt. Ltd. The order pertains to the civil and structural package for the commercial project “Embassy Splendid Tech Zone – Block” at Pallavaram, Chennai.The project is part of a Special Economic Zone (SEZ) and is expected to be executed over a period of around 24 months. The letter of intent (LoI) for this project was received on December 29, 2025, at 3.19 pm.Earlier this month, the company also announced that it has bagged an order valued at ₹615.69 crore, excluding GST, from Sattva CKC Private Ltd, a domestic entity. This contract involves structural and civil construction works for the commercial development “Sattva Chennai Knowledge City” in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. The execution timeline for this project is approximately 31 months.Both orders have been awarded by domestic clients and relate to large-scale commercial developments in Chennai.Shares of B L Kashyap and Sons Ltd ended higher on Tuesday, December 30, by 1.59% at ₹55.50 on the NSE.
