सिंह ने भी बताया था पीटीआई पिछले साल बिहार में अधिकतम बिजली की मांग लगभग 8,800MW दर्ज की गई थी, जिसके इस साल बढ़कर लगभग 9,500MW होने की उम्मीद है। 2030 तक, वाणिज्यिक और औद्योगिक प्रतिष्ठानों में वृद्धि के कारण चरम मांग 13,000MW से अधिक होने का अनुमान है।
