The HDFC Group company had announced its first ever bonus issue for shareholders after becoming a public company.
HDFC AMC will issue one bonus share for every one share that shareholders hold as on the record date, which has been fixed as Wednesday, November 26.
The stock will begin trading ex-bonus from that day and those who have the shares in their account as of Tuesday, will be eligible for the bonus issue.
Thyrocare technologies
Thyrocare Technologies had also declared a bonus issue of shares along with its quarterly earnings recently.
The company will be issuing two bonus shares to shareholders for every one share they hold as on the record date, which has been fixed as Friday, November 28.
Shareholders who have the Thyrocare stock in their demat accounts as of Thursday’s closing, will be eligible for the bonus issue of shares.
