US Justice Department releases include emails attributed to Epstein that make allegations about Gates’ health and personal conduct.

One such email talks about getting medicines for Gates “to deal with the consequences of sex with Russian girls,” per BBC reports.Gates has rejected the claims. A spokesperson called them “absolutely absurd and completely false,” describing Epstein as a “proven, disgruntled liar.”

There is no charge against Gates in the files, and being named does not imply criminal wrongdoing. It is also unclear whether some of the cited emails were ever sent.
