The NCDs, classified as PFL NCD Series ‘K2’ FY2025-26, will be secured by a first-ranking pari passu charge on identified hypothecated properties, which the company said are sufficient to provide the required security cover until redemption.
Details on the tenor, coupon, payment schedule, allotment and redemption dates will be specified in the key information document. The company also said that in case of any delay in payment of interest or principal beyond the due date, it will pay an additional 2% over the applicable coupon rate for the period until the default is cured, subject to the satisfaction of the debenture trustee.The issuance has been approved by the finance committee of the board and will be carried out on a private placement basis to eligible investors, the filing added.
Poonawalla Fincorp’s assets under management (AUM) grew by 77.5% year-on-year and by 15.3% sequentially to around ₹55,000 crore as on December 31, 2025.
The company said, as of December 31, it continues to have ample liquidity of approximately ₹6,450 crore.
Shares of Poonwalla Fincorp were trading 0.67% up at ₹467.25 as of 1.46pm. The stock has gained 63.92% in the past year.
