Referring to Petro, he said, “Colombia is very sick, too, run by a sick man, who likes making cocaine and selling it to the United States, and he’s not going to be doing it very long.”
Asked if he would consider a military operation against Colombia, Trump replied, “It sounds good to me”.

His remarks come a day after US forces seized Maduro in what Washington described as a law enforcement operation to put him to trial on ‘narco-terrorism’ charges.
On Saturday, Trump announced that the US “successfully carried out a large scale strike against Venezuela” and that Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro and his wife were “captured and flown out of the country.”
When reporters asked whether the US had a similar strategy for dealing with Cuba as it did with Venezuela, Trump responded that Cuba only survived because of Venezuela.
“Now, they won’t have that money coming in. They won’t have the income coming in. You know, a lot of Cubans were killed yesterday, you know that a lot of Cubans were killed,” he was quoted as saying by ABC News.
He further said that Cuba is “ready to fall.”
“Cuba looks like it’s ready to fall. I don’t know how they — if they’re going to hold out, but Cuba now has no income. They got all of their income from Venezuela, from the Venezuelan oil. They’re not getting any of it. And Cuba literally is ready to fall. And you have a lot of great Cuban Americans that are going to be very happy about this,” the President added.
Meanwhile, Trump also reiterated his desire to annex Greenland. “I will say this about Greenland – we need Greenland from a national security standpoint. It’s very strategic right now. Greenland is covered with Russian and Chinese ships all over the place,” he said.

Referring to Miller’s post, the Premier of Greenland, Jens-Frederik Nielsen, dismissed US threats, stating that the image “changes nothing whatsoever.”

In a statement shared by Greenland activist Orla Joelsen, Nielsen said, “Let me state this calmly and clearly from the outset: there is neither reason for panic nor for concern.
